Setting Up Your Team

In Storyly, you can gather up your entire team and have a flawless distribution in work and it is really simple!

Settings → Teammates by selecting the role and app(s).

Under a team, users with the following roles are capable of:

• Account Owner: Can add, manage, publish and unpublish any story group in the account.
• App Owner: Can add, manage, publish and unpublish any story group in the assigned apps.
• Editor: Can have custom permissions for assigned story groups, Editors only can invited to Story Groups, not Apps. Editors can assigned to 3 different kind of permissions. You can assign all three of these permissions below.
  - Can Add and Manage Story Groups: Those editors can add & edit story groups that they assigned.
  - Can Publish Story Groups: Those editors can Activate the story groups that they assigned.
  - Can Unpublish Story Groups: Those editors can Inactivate the story groups that they assigned.
